Bandwidth
SotaConnect NetStream provides maximum bandwidth of 2Mbps. Internet content is only lightly contended, with a contention ratio of no more than 10:1, so performance is not significantly compromised. However, SotaConnect NetStream is fully synchronous, providing equal upload and download bandwidth at all times, and giving a critical performance boost over ADSL.

Bearer
SotaConnect NetStream is delivered on a bearer which connects the customer site to the SotaConnect PoP. The SotaConnect NetStream bearer is a leased line SDH circuit, such as a BT Megastream, usually delivered on fibre.

Installation
SotaConnect NetStream is usually provided with X21 presentation, and a fully configured router is supplied if required.

IP Addresses
An IP allocation of 4 or 8 IP addresses is provided with SotaConnect NetStream.

Support
SotaConnect NetStream is provided with high quality technical support. Any technical problems arising from use of the service receive a quick and efficient response from the highly qualified and experienced SotaConnect technical support team. Support incidents which cannot be resolved by telephone, e-mail or fax, are automatically escalated to an engineer site visit.

Pricing
The price of SotaConnect NetStream is determined by the distance to SotaConnect POP and the availability of fibre.
